Terms and Conditions for Kids’ Baking Classes

1. General Information
1.1. These terms and conditions apply to all kids’ baking classes organized by OhLaLa Bakery.
1.2. By booking a class, you agree to these terms and conditions.

2. Booking and Payment
2.1. Payment must be made in full at the time of booking to secure a place.
2.2. Bookings are non-transferable without prior written consent.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy
3.1. Cancellations made by the participant:

  • More than 7 days before the class: Full refund or reschedule option.

  • Less than 7 days: No refund, but rescheduling may be offered at the discretion of OhLaLa Bakery.
    3.2. If OhLaLa Bakery cancels a class due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund or alternative date will be offered.

4. Parental Consent and Supervision
4.1. All participants must have a completed parental consent form before attending the class.
4.2. Parents/guardians are responsible for dropping off and collecting their children promptly.

5. Health and Safety
5.1. Parents/guardians must inform us of any allergies, dietary restrictions, or medical conditions at the time of booking.
5.2. While we take every precaution, OhLaLa Bakery cannot guarantee a nut-free or allergen-free environment.
5.3. Participants must follow all safety instructions provided during the class.
5.4. We reserve the right to remove a child from the class if they fail to follow safety instructions or behave in a disruptive manner.

6. Liability
6.1. OhLaLa Bakery accepts no responsibility for personal injuries sustained during the class, except where caused by negligence.
6.2. We are not responsible for any damage to or loss of personal belongings.

7. Photography and Media
7.1. Photographs and videos may be taken during the class for marketing purposes.
7.2. If you do not consent to your child being photographed, please notify us in writing before the class.

8. Class Content and Intellectual Property
8.1. The recipes and materials provided during the class are for personal use only and must not be reproduced for commercial purposes.
8.2. Class content may be subject to change without prior notice.

9. Force Majeure
9.1. OhLaLa Bakery will not be liable for any failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or government restrictions.
